Many people avoid to cook beef because it’s hard to cook it perfect…but let me tell you a secret. It’s not hard at all and I will teach you how to prepare it perfect and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 t-bone beef
  • 250 g brown mushrooms
  • chopped marrow from beef bone
  • 200 ml red wine
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar

First, I have to mention that I cooked everything in the same pan, in order to keep all the flavours in sauce. I fried the mushrooms in olive oil with salt and pepper. Finally, I added a teaspoon of butter.

I took the seasoned beef (with olive oil, salt, pepper) and I put it in the hot pan 2-3 minutes on each side and let it aside.

I put the red wine in the pan and left for 2-3 minutes to get the alcohol out. I added the minced onion, sugar, salt, pepper and marrow. Leave on fire until the sauce is formed. After I turned off the fire, I put a teaspoon of butter, for aspect.
