Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • curry powder
  • ginger
  • 1 handful of lemongrass
  • coconut milk
  • 1 cup of basmati rice
  • 1 banana
  • sweet chilli sauce
  • coriander
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  1. Chop the ginger and garlic in small pisces. Cut the chicken breast into pieces or strips. In a bowl place pieces of meat, curry powder, carrots (thin strips).

2. Cut the chilli pepper in small pieces and marinate it for 30 minutes with a tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper. In this time, boil the rice in water with salt.

3. Fry the finely chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of oil, then put the pieces of meat and cook a few minutes. Add the lemongrass and coconut milk and boil for about 4-5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the carrot thin strips and coriander, mix thoroughly, then take off from fire.
