Who doesn’t love cheesecake? This time I will try a very fresh tart with strawberries.

Ingredients:

For crust:

  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 yolk
  • 30-40 ml cold water,
  • salt

For cheese cream:

  • 400 g cheese cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 170 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of starch
  • vanilla essence
  • 50 g of forest fruits
  • fresh berries (extra)

Start to prepare the crust. Put the flour, the sugar, the salt and the cold butter into a kitchen robot. Pulse a few times until you get crumbs. Add the yolk and a little cold water, pulse again until we get a ball of dough. Wrap in a foil and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

After an hour take it out from the fridge, spread it on the table, then transfer it to the tray. Stick it well to the walls of the tray, then sting it using a fork. Bake 10 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Mix the cream cheese with sugar, then add the eggs one at time. At the end, put the starch and vanilla essence. Remove the tray from the oven, leave it for 10 minutes to cool, then fill with the cheese cream. Put a few fruits. Bake tart 40-45 minutes at 150-160 degrees C.

Decorate the cooled tart with strawberries.
