In order to be delicious, you have to be ingenious to find very good combinations, to put them between two breads. This burger recipe is delicious.

Ingredients:

For meat:

  • 1 turkey leg
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • dried rosemary
  • thyme
  • pepper
  • hot pepper
  • olive oil
  • 50 ml cognac
  • 1 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

For blackberries sauce:

  • 1/2 onion
  • fresh mint leaves
  • juice and peel from 1 lime
  • 100 grams of blackberries
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • a little grounded cardamom

For gorgonzola sauce:

  • 1 small cube of butter
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan
  • 100 gr gorgonzola cheese

First I bought a big turkey leg, I deboned it and cut it off. In a heat-resistant dish I made a marinade with 2 garlic cloves, dried rosemary, a little thyme, pepper, hot pepper, olive oil.

I added the pieces of meat over which I put 50 milliliters of cognac, a cup of soy sauce and I mixed well.

I covered the pot and baked it at 180 degrees for about 2.5 hours, stirring from time to time. After the meat was done, I sprinkled a spoon of brown sugar and sprinkled some soy sauce. I put the bowl again in the oven for another 5-7 minutes, leaving it without a lid, in order to caramelize a little.

When meat was cooked, I made a salsa of blackberries, for which I used half onion, some fresh mint leaves, juice and peel from 1 lime, 100 grams of blackberries, 2 teaspoons of honey and a little grounded cardamom.

Put all the ingredients in blender and you will obtain in 2 minutes the fresh sweet-sour sauce.

In addition, I quickly prepared a gorgonzola sauce, because it fits well with the two tastes of my burger. I melted a small cube of butter over which I added 200 milliliters of cooking cream. I seasoned with a little nutmeg, then I added a tablespoon of grated parmesan. After getting the creamy texture, I added 100 grams of gorgonzola cheese, and I kept on a small fire until it melted, stirring continuously.

At the end I prepared the little bread roll on the grill to be crisp, then I smoothed the turkey meat.

And because I like rucola, I put some leaves over burger.
