This recipe contains many ingredients, but you don’t need to panic because you will cook it very fast.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 4 peppers
  • oil
  • 3 garlic clove
  • smoked paprika
  • peperoncini
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 zucchini
  • cherry tometoes
  • 1 bag of baby spinach

Let’s start with what takes longer: put the peppers in an oven tray to bake them. From time to time, turn them on the other side. After baking and resting for a few minutes, we clean and marinate them in oil, salt and a garlic clove.

Cut the turkey in two pieces. Mix the smoked paprika with peperoncini, salt and pepper (attention – it is very hot) and put the pieces of meat through this mixture.

In a frying pan, add a little oil and cook the pieces of turkey on both sides, about 2 minutes on each side.

In a blender, put the parsley and a garlic clove, then spread the mixture over the turkey pieces. Place the pan in the heated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C.

In a frying pan, warm some olive oil and put a chopped garlic clove, put the zucchini rolls and the cherry tomatoes, add salt and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, then put them in the oven for 5 minutes.

Saute the baby spinach very fast in some oil with salt and pepper.
